Upload with your application

Attach a clear photo or PDF of each one in the form.

  • Original passport

    • Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.

  • National ID/Iqama

    • Upload a clear copy of your valid National ID/Iqama.

  • Personal Photos

    • Dimensions: 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm
    • Background: White (no face effects)
    • Men: Without head cover
    • Women: Visible top hair
    • The photos must be new.

  • Exit and re-entry visa from the alkafil

    • Please attach a copy of the exit/re-entry visa issued to you by the alkafil.

  • Salary Certificate (in English)

    • Govt. Sector: It must be stamped in color by the Govt. Sector employer.
    • Private Sector: It must be printed on official stationery of the employer and attested from Chamber of Commerce. (Job letter must be up to date)

  • Bank Statement

    • Last 3 months in English (Last 6 months for Jeddah embassy)
    • Stamped by the Bank with a minimum balance of 15,000 SAR or above

  • Previous Schengen Visa (if available)

    • Upload a copy of any previous Schengen visa, if available.
