Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a Schengen visa cost through Agoua Travel?
Fees start from SAR 269 for most of the 24 Schengen countries we cover; the Norway visa service costs SAR 777.
Who can apply for a Schengen visa from Saudi Arabia?
Saudi citizens and expatriate residents holding a valid Iqama can apply from Saudi Arabia. Apply through the country where you will spend the most time, or the country of first entry if stays are equal.
What documents are required for a Schengen visa?
A passport copy, job letter, personal photo (4.5×3.5 cm), national identity or Iqama, family identity, and any previous visa if available. A bank statement may also be requested.
How long does Schengen visa processing take?
Embassies and visa centres normally decide within 15 calendar days, and this can extend to up to 45 days in peak season. You can apply up to 6 months before your travel date; we review your documents before submission to avoid delays.
Do I need to appear in person for biometrics?
First-time applicants must provide fingerprints at the visa centre. Fingerprints stay valid for 59 months, so repeat applicants within that period usually do not need to appear again.
